Kindergarten

We believe that children learn best when they are given a choice and voice within an emotionally safe environment. They blossom when they are nurtured by those who have their best interests at heart and use evidence-based teaching-learning strategies that are supported by years of research and up-to-date methods.

As the world is constantly evolving and changing, we can neither predict how the future world will be for our children nor plan for it. What we can do is prepare them for it by developing the 9 Future Skills. No matter how the world changes, these future skills will equip our children to make the right choices that will lead towards a life of success and fulfill.

We have picked 15 Habits of Minds that are developmentally appropriate because we believe that children as young as 2 years old need to be exposed to them with deliberate practices and focused attention so that they can grow as thinkers and navigate and thrive in the face of unprecedented change.

Adapted from Arthur Costa’s work Developing Minds.

for the next two years.

The school is one of the top schools that provides ICSE syllabus in Thanjavur. It also ranks as the best ICSE affiliated schools in Tamilnadu. Academic Overview

Senior Secondary

The A Level programme consists of AS qualification (studied in Class 11) and A2 qualification (studied in class 12). A student may choose to study four subjects in Class 11, but this will often be reduced to 3 subjects in Class 12 (students obtaining three A-Levels and one AS-Level)

Subjects may be chosen in any combination that suits their requirements for their University education. Accordingly, there are no fixed subject groups. However, choices will be also influenced by schedules set for the school year:

Subjects Offered:

1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Biology
4. Mathematics
5. Computing
6. Business Studies
7. Economics
8. Accounting
9. Psychology
10. History
11. English Literature
12. English Language – one year AS-Level (Compulsory for those who wish to pursue University education in India)

The school takes into consideration a student’s preference for other subjects, but cannot guarantee to offer additional subjects unless there is adequate demand and available resources.

To enter professional courses in India, students would need to take AS-Level English language.
